Cancellation of Admission & Fee Refund Policy:

Clear financial rules govern the formal cancellation of enrolment and the refund of fees based on the timeline of the withdrawal notice relative to the formally-notified last date of admission:

a) 100% Refund: Applicable if the notice of withdrawal of admission is received 15 days or more before the formally-notified last date of admission.
b) 90% Refund: Applicable if the notice of withdrawal of admission is received less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of admission.
c) 80% Refund: Applicable if the notice of withdrawal of admission is received 15 days or less after the formally-notified last date of admission.
d) 50% Refund: Applicable if the notice of withdrawal of admission is received 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after the formally-notified last date of admission.
e) No Refund (00%): No fees shall be refunded, and all deposited amounts will be entirely forfeited, if the notice of withdrawal of admission is received more than 30 days after the formally-notified last date of admission.
