Procedure for Submission of Application Form

• Step 1: Online Registration

Visit www.bbb.ac.in and complete the online registration by providing the required details.

• Step 2: Email Verification and Login

Verify your registered email address and log in to the Online Admission Portal using your credentials.

• Step 3: Fill in the Application Form

Complete the online application form carefully and submit the prescribed application fee through the available online payment gateway.

• Step 4: Payment for Admission Test

An admission test fee of ₹300 (non-refundable) must be paid online through the payment gateway during form submission.

• Step 5: Download Application Documents

Upon successful submission and payment, download and retain the following documents for future reference: Application Form, Acknowledgement Receipt.

• Step 6: Download Admit Card

Eligible candidates may download their Admit Card for the Admission Test from 1st July, 2026 onwards through the Online Admission Portal.

Procedure for Admission Test

• All candidates must appear for the 50-mark Admission Test, to be held on 5th July, 2026. The duration of the test will be 1 hour. The detailed examination schedule, including the time of the Admission Test for each subject, will be notified separately on the University website.
• The Admission Test shall consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). Each question will carry 2 marks, and 0.5 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
• For the departments of Music and Dance, an additional practical examination will also be held. The practical examination schedule will be posted on the university website.

Announcement:

The candidate securing First Rank in the General Merit List of each Department shall be granted fee exemption for the entire two-year programme at Biswa Bangla Biswabidyalay. Provided that (i) if the student fails, is absent, or receives a backlog in any paper of any semester, the fee waiver shall be immediately withdrawn, and the student shall be required to pay the prescribed fees for the remaining period of the program, (ii) the fee waiver clause shall be applicable only if a minimum of 30 candidates are included in the General Merit List.
