Process for Refund of Fees:

1. Candidates must apply through the Online Admission Portal, via email, or in person at the University Office by submitting a handwritten application along with the completed Admission Form and payment receipt.

2. A notice will be issued requesting the submission of the following documents:

• Cancelled Form/Filled up Online Application Form
• Bank Details (Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Number, Account Holder's Name, IFSC)
• Admission Fees Payment Receipt
• Copy of the Previously submitted cancellation Request via email.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with UGC guidelines and the University's policy.
